Where We Deliver

We deliver from Berlin, Germany to addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate and is free once your order reaches the free-delivery threshold shown in your basket. All amounts are shown and charged in pounds sterling at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on working days (Mon–Fri) until 2:00 PM and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Carriers

We ship with DHL and DPD. After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email with your parcel tracking number.

Parcel Not Received?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@prominentehaare.com. We'll take care of it right away.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and product. We'll send a free replacement.
