Delivery Areas
We deliver to all EU member states as well as Switzerland. Please note: Switzerland is not part of the EU — customs fees may apply.

Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri) until 2:00 PM and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with DHL and DPD. After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email with your shipment tracking number.
Package Not Received?
If your package hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@prominentehaare.com. We'll take care of it right away.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and product. We'll send a free replacement.
