Shipping Policy

Where We Deliver

We ship from Berlin, Germany to addresses across the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is charged at a flat rate and is free once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart. All amounts are shown and charged in US dollars at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri) until 2:00 PM and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Carriers

We ship with DHL and DPD. After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking email with your package tracking number.

Package Not Received?

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@prominentehaare.com. We'll take care of it right away.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and product. We'll send a free replacement.
